Your Guide to the Lead Rental Registry Process

    Step 1: Registration and Training

    Starting in the Summer/Fall of 2025, property owners are invited to register their rental properties through our easy-to-use online portal. Complimentary training sessions will be provided to educate landlords and contractors on lead-safe practices and the specifics of the program

    Once registered, your properties will be scheduled for a comprehensive lead hazard inspection by EPA-certified professionals. Properties that pass the inspection will receive a Lead Safety Certification, affirming they are free from lead-based paint hazards.
