The Montgomery County Health Department is committed to supporting children with special healthcare needs, from birth to age 21, through a comprehensive referral program. Funded by grant resources, this program connects families with a network of services designed to meet the unique healthcare, developmental, and social needs of children and young adults.
We offer guidance and assistance to ensure access to services, including medical care, therapies, educational resources, and family support. Our goal is to empower families with the tools and resources they need to navigate healthcare systems and provide the best possible care for their children.
